Kathryn Garcia, LCSW
I have 21+ years of experience working with adolescents, children, families and individuals. I have an extensive knowledge of inpatient, outpatient, community services, and the educational system. I have spent most of my professional career working in the Sacramento region. I have worked with diverse cultures. I have a deep respect for all of the cultural nuances that make up who we are.
I started my career providing crisis services to teens and families. Teens quickly became my passion and it remains a primary one today. Over the years, my skills and interest in helping others has broadened to include adults, trauma and substance abuse.
I have been blessed with learning from all of the people I have come in contact with over the years, which has shaped the therapist I am today. My hope for all of my clients is for fulfillment of their goals, healing if needed, emotional peace and balance.
